When is the best time to lay turf?
Spring and autumn are ideal because the weather helps roots establish, but turf can be laid at most times of year provided the ground is not frozen or waterlogged. We will advise on timing when we quote.
How long before I can use my new lawn?
Keep off it as much as possible for the first couple of weeks while the roots knit into the soil. We will give you simple watering and first-mow guidance after the job.
Can you remove my old lawn first?
Yes. We can strip and clear the old lawn and prepare a fresh base so the new turf gets the best possible start.
